Public Safety Telecommunicator I/II

This course meets the Level I and II requirements of NFPA 1225: Standard for Emergency Services Communications. It is designed for the individual whose primary responsibility is to receive, process, or disseminate information of a public safety nature via telecommunication devices.

Due to the NFPA 1030, Standard for Professional Qualifications for Fire Prevention Program Positions standard change, the Public Safety Telecommunicator series will be updated.
